A space for being human

Some days, being understood is a beginning.

Grief, recovery, relationships, starting over. Life can ask more of us than we know how to carry. Sometimes what helps is knowing someone else understands.

Little Bits Healing exists to offer encouragement through honest, lived experience. You don’t need to turn your pain into a lesson, and you don’t have to share more than you want to.

01

When you need to be heard

Put a little of what you’re carrying into words. It can be a whole story, a few sentences, or simply where you are today.

02

When you’re finding your way

There is room for grief, uncertainty, recovery, and beginning again. You don’t have to pretend everything is okay.

03

When a little progress matters

Share a small victory or a moment of hope. The things that feel little can mean more than we realize.

Three generations. Two little words.

It began with love.
It’s here for you, too.

“Little Bits” is written in my mother’s handwriting. My daughter, Dasia, and I carry those words in matching tattoos, each with a butterfly. A little piece of her, carried forward.

That love is at the heart of this space. Not because I have all the answers, but because I know what it feels like to need someone who understands.
