Only what feels right.

Use a first name, a nickname, or no name at all. You can write a few words instead of your whole story. Sharing is free and voluntary.

Will my story be published?

No story should be published without separate, explicit permission. Agreeing to a conversation about sharing is not permission to publish.

What should I leave out?

Please don’t include addresses, phone numbers, medical records, passwords, or identifying information about other people. This is not a confidential clinical service.

Is this counseling?

No. Little Bits Healing is about lived experience and encouragement. It is not therapy, medical care, or emergency support, and messages are not monitored around the clock.
